Sacko is the founder of the firm and heads the English Commercial and Corporate Practice of the firm. He also oversees corporate finance, capital markets, foreign investment and the Intellectual Property Practice of the firm.
Sacko is a World Bank Consultant whose consistent participation has earned him a "Doing Business Award" in recognition of five years of working in legal advisory partnership. As a corporate attorney, he assists major corporations seeking Reorganizations, Restructurings, Acquisitions and Divestitures. His portfolio includes Debtors, Senior Secured and Unsecured Creditors, Creditors' Committees, Syndicated Banks, Foreign Investors, Brokerage firms and Financial Advisors.
Sacko has assisted a vast array of the foreign investors to acquire businesses and consolidate investments in Cameroun He has carried out a wide range of due diligence work for foreign lenders, foreign investors, advising on Regulatory issues, Compliance, Foreign Direct Investment, Real Estate and regulatory framework of Utilities and his general areas of practice are inclusive but not limited to:
Corporations, International Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property, Securities, Civil and Commercial Litigation.
