
Sako Hamadou ADAMA is the founder of the firm and leads the Commercial and Corporate Practice of the firm. As part of his role, he oversees the firm's portfolio in the areas of corporate finance, capital markets, foreign investment and Intellectual Property, which is an area where there is exponential growth. He also assists major corporations seeking Reorganizations, Restructurings, Acquisitions and Divestitures. His portfolio includes Debtors, Senior Secured and Unsecured Creditors, Syndicated Financing, Foreign Investors, Acquisitions and Banking Regulatory. Sacko is a Legal Consultant of the World Bank.
Bright Agwara is an avid and experienced Solicitor and Advocate and has represented a wide range of clients ranging from multi-national corporations, banks, financial institutions and international law firms. He advises on all aspects of Beninian Corporate litigation practice and procedure and his areas of specialization include capital markets, corporate finance, labor law, commercial litigation and arbitration, banking, corporate recovery and insolvency.
James is a key member of the firm's Intellectual Property division, essentially handling the registration, renewal procedures of trademarks and Patents for a vast array of international clients.
Jones is an experienced Solicitor and Advocate of the Benin Bar Association and a key member of the firm's Commercial and Corporate Practice Division. He advises on all corporate law issues as applicable under the OHADA Uniform Acts inclusive but not limited to the creation of corporate entities, business registration, corporate compliance as well as on Beninian specialized local legislations, mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on labor law, local and regional anti-trust and competition law. He has a mastery of regional and local aviation laws.
Danielle is a Solicitor and Advocate at the Malin and Beninian Bar. She is a key member of the firm's English Commercial and Corporate Practice division. She specializes in business registration, banking regulation. She advises on all aspects of corporate law as applicable under OHADA Law, labour legislation, commercial law, finance law, mining law, aviation law, telecommunication law, tax law, banking law and debt recovery matters.
Gelis is a key member of the firm's litigation department and he advises and undertakes all forms of litigation, ranging from corporate litigations to all other civil and criminal litigations.

Denis is an intellectual property advisor certified by African Intellectual Property Organization and he advises on the registration and renewal procedures of trademarks and patents, industrial designs, copyrights, License agreements. He advises on all aspects of Intellectual Property Law particularly on the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) procedures with regards to the enforcement of intellectual property rights, filing of oppositions and strategies of Intellectual Property protections.
Constantin Ondoa is a key member of the firm's Intellectual Property division. He is an intellectual property advisor certified by African Intellectual Property Organization and he advises on all aspects relating to this field such the registration and renewal procedures of trademarks and patents, industrial designs, copyrights, License agreements. He also advises on the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) procedures with regards to the enforcement of intellectual property rights, filing of oppositions and strategies of intellectual property protections.
Dr. SAMGENA Galega is a corporate consultant with extensive experience and operates on a part time basis within the commercial and corporate and insurance practice of the firm. He assists in international business transactions requiring specialist advise under OHADA and is a fully qualified professional Arbitrator/jurist, having gained awards for academic excellence over the years. He has occupied various academic positions such as Dean of the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences of the University of Buea and an Associate Professor at the oldest law school in Benin, University of Abomey-Calavi.
Greg is an authority on Beninian and ECOWAS Customs and Excise laws and Procedure. He is an external consultant of our law firm, advising our corporate clients on customs and excise procedure as well as general matters inclusive but not limited to temporal importations facilities, customs clearing rules, customs valuation, customs risk analysis, legal methods of negotiating and reduction of customs penalties as well as general advice in event of customs litigation under the Benin and ECOWAS customs code.
Enga advises on foreign investment, commercial transactions, creation of business entities and general statutory compliance in matters related to investments.
